ARE THE PERFUME OILS ORIGINAL OR INSPIRED BY DESIGNER BRANDS?
Most of our fragrances are original blends crafted by Zeyna herself for a unique scent experience.
We have oils inspired by the aromas of high-end designer perfumes designed to give you a comparable scent experience. Think of our oils as your luxury favorites (perfect for pairing and scent layering).
We pay homage to other fragrance houses. All names are property of their respective owners and are only used for comparison purposes. Once you receive your fragrance or if you read any of our reviews, we think you will be quite impressed. Our fragrance's ingredients are sourced world-wide to create new inspired aromas that you will fall in love with!
Allure by Zeyna competes with designer brands. It does not use their fragrance is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERFUME OILS AND REGULAR PERFUME?
Perfume oils are pure fragrance without the alcohol or fillers. They’re richer, longer-lasting, and sit closer to the skin for an intimate vibe. Basically — they’re the grown, sexy way to smell good.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
all orders ship within 1-3 business days for (US orders) and 3-21 business days for (international). Delivery times vary depending on your location and your chosen shipping method. You'll get tracking details once your order is on the way!
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
we mainly ship with USPS and UPS to get your orders to you safely and quickly.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
yes! we ship worldwide so everyone can get in on the Allure vibes. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
we bubble wrap and secure every package to keep your goodies safe. But if it does, please email us including photos of the items within 48 hours. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
RETURNS
CAN MY ORDER BE RETURNED?
Because our perfume oils are personal-use products, we can’t accept returns on opened items. However, if there’s an issue with your order — like damage or the wrong item — email us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.
WHAT IS THE RETURN WINDOW?
If your item is eligible for return (meaning it’s unopened and unused), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you sort it out!
WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund for the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
